This Agreement which was signed at the 24th Heads of Government Conference in Jamaica, July 2003, confers on the Regional Judicial and Legal Services Commission full juridical personality, including, in particular, full capacity to contract in Trinidad and Tobago, the Seat of the Court and the Headquarters of the Commission.
