The Participating Countries undertake, for the period April 10, 2010 to May 24, 2010, to take the necessary executive or administrative actions to permit the entry, through any of their official ports of entry, of any person who is the holder of a National Visa or a CARICOM Entry Permit issued by any Participating Country. For the avoidance of doubt, such executive or administrative action shall extend to permit the entry of holders of National Visas issued prior to the entry into force of this Memorandum.
