Objectives

The Caribbean Knowledge and Learning Network Agency (CKLNA) was established to provide greater collaboration among tertiary education institutions of the Region in order to upgrade the skills and knowledge of its human resources. Noting further a regional network named C@ribNET was developed to connect all Participating Members of the Community and the Caribbean Knowledge and Learning Network Agency is the mechanism to coordinate the development and management of that network.

Entry into Force:

Article XXVI - This Agreement shall enter into force when Instruments of Ratification have been deposited by at least seven of the States and Territories listed in the Annex. Agreement not yet in force.
